My name’s Andy Marcer, and I've been wrenching, tuning, fabricating, welding, and machining for decades. From dealerships to mom-and-pop shops, I’ve seen it all.  But here’s what you need to know: if your ride is metric, you’re in the right place. Harley Davidson? Not my gig. Ducati, BMW, or Japanese bikes? Now we're talking!​

 

I started Metric Motorcycles back in Houston on 09/09/2001, and since then, I’ve worked on everything from drag bikes to road racers and even some wild custom builds. Yes, I built the fastest carbureted Yamaha R1—dubbed "Joe Dirt R1"—and a Yamaha Venture Royal that could burn rubber just for laughs. My philosophy is simple: restore machines to their intended glory, or, if possible, make them even better.​

 

Now, I’ve packed up my wrenches and landed in beautiful Ignacio, Colorado, scaling down to a shop that focuses on quality over quantity. I'm here for your motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-side UTVs. I’m not about high performance or churning out bikes at lightning speed anymore; I’m about returning to the roots, solving tough problems with the skills and tools I've gathered over the years.
